Overview:

Blue Yonder is seeking a Solution Architect to join our Delivery Services team, focusing on ensuring customers realize value from their Blue Yonder Supply Chain Planning solutions across the US and Canada. In this role, you will design best-in-class solutions using products such as Fulfillment, Demand, Order Optimization, and Allocation and stay at the forefront with our latest product innovations. You will act as the functional liaison among stakeholders, including key customer contacts, Project Managers, Technical Consultants, and third-party consultants, to drive the successful and timely delivery of solutions.

What You'll Do:
  1. Drive the design, optimization, and implementation of Blue Yonder Supply Chain Planning software solutions, applying industry best practices and process methodologies.
  2. Use domain knowledge to understand and identify how Blue Yonder solutions can be configured to meet customer needs and business processes.
  3. Lead solution design to ensure clarity, validation, and adherence to timelines.
  4. Guide system integration, user acceptance testing, and deployment phases to ensure a seamless transition to steady-state operations.
  5. Balance project scope, timeline, and requirements to achieve timely value and customer satisfaction.
  6. Assess business needs outside standard solutions, considering integration complexity, architecture constraints, and product roadmaps.
  7. Identify and highlight opportunities for incremental revenue with existing customers and projects.
  8. Communicate business cases to PMG and PD regarding customer-specific product needs and enhancements.
What we are looking for:
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience delivering Advanced Supply Chain Planning solutions end-to-end in the retail industry.
  • Experience with the Blue Yonder Planning suite, including Fulfillment, Demand, Order Optimization, or Allocation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience conducting design sessions, interpreting business requirements, system integration, and supporting user acceptance testing and issue resolution.
  • Experience implementing solutions leveraging Cloud technologies, preferably Microsoft Azure.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 tools such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.

Additional Information:

The US salary range for this position is $99,208.00 - $143,896.00. The salary reflects current national data; actual compensation may vary based on location, skills, experience, and other factors. The role may include participation in performance bonuses or commissions.
