Blue Yonder Job Title: Solution Architect - Supply Chain Planning (Manufacturing)

Location: Virtual within the US

Travel: 50% domestic travel expected

Overview:
Blue Yonder is seeking a Solution Architect to join our Delivery Services team, focusing on ensuring customers realize value from their Blue Yonder Supply Chain Planning solutions across the US and Canada.
In this role, you will design solutions using products such as Demand, Enterprise Supply Planning, Sequencing, Order Optimization, and Inventory Optimization, and work on our latest product innovations.
You will act as the functional liaison among stakeholders, including customer contacts, Project Managers, Technical Consultants, and 3rd Party Consultants, to ensure the successful delivery of solutions.

What You'll Do:

1. Design, optimize, and implement Blue Yonder Supply Chain Planning solutions, adhering to industry best practices and methodologies.
2. Understand and analyze customer requirements to configure solutions that meet their business needs.
3. Lead solution design, including defining scope, validation, and timelines.
4. Guide system integration, user acceptance testing, and deployment to ensure smooth transitions.
5. Balance project scope, timeline, and requirements for timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
6. Assess business needs outside standard solutions, considering integration complexity and product roadmaps.
7. Identify and highlight opportunities for additional revenue with existing customers.
8. Communicate customer-specific needs and potential product enhancements to relevant teams.

What we are looking for:

1. 5-7 years of experience delivering advanced Supply Chain Planning solutions in manufacturing.
2. Experience with Blue Yonder Planning suite, including Demand, Enterprise Supply Planning, Sequencing, Order Optimization, and Inventory Optimization.
3. Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field (preferred).
4. Experience in design sessions, requirements analysis, system integration, UAT, and issue resolution.
5. Experience with Cloud technologies, preferably Microsoft Azure.
6. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 tools.

Salary Range: USD $99,208.00 - $143,896.00

The salary reflects national data; actual salary varies by location and is based on skills, experience, and other factors. Role may include performance bonuses or commissions.
