Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the customer’s trusted technology advisor, driving strategic direction and innovation.
• Lead the architectural design of solutions involving SharePoint, .NET, Sitecore, React, and Azure cloud platforms.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide hands-on architectural oversight during design, development, deployment, and operations.
• Enforce best practices, code standards, and cloud governance policies.
• Conduct technical reviews, solution walkthroughs, and architecture validation sessions.
• Proactively resolve technical issues and propose optimization strategies.
• Contribute to RFP/RFI responses and solution proposals when needed.
• Mentor and guide technical teams across onshore and offshore delivery models.

SharePoint-Specific Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable SharePoint solutions (Online and On-Premises) based on business needs.
• Automate business workflows using Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, and Azure Runbooks.
• Develop and maintain custom SharePoint solutions using SPFx, CSOM/JSOM, and PnP PowerShell.
• Lead SharePoint migrations, system upgrades, and integration projects across Microsoft 365 services.
• Define governance, security, and best practice standards for SharePoint environments.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting for complex SharePoint and automation issues.
• Engage with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Coach and mentor junior developers on SharePoint and automation technologies.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in software development and solution architecture.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in Microsoft .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core) and modern web frameworks (React.js).
• Extensive experience with SharePoint (Online and/or On-Premises) architecture and development.
• Hands-on experience with Sitecore CMS, microservices architecture, and REST APIs.
