About Job

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect with specialized expertise in Salesforce's Sales and Service Cloud, as well as substantial experience in Loan Origination Systems (LOS). The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of total professional experience, with aminimum of 4 years dedicated to LOS. Additionally, candidates should possess at least 2-3 Salesforce certifications beyond the Administrator level and have proven skills in conducting discovery sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement customized solutions using Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud to meetcomplex business requirements.• Leverage extensive LOS experience to integrate and optimize loan origination processeswithin the Salesforce ecosystem.• Conduct thorough discovery sessions to understand client needs and craft tailored solutions.• Ensure the alignment of technical solutions with business objectives and client expectations.• Facilitate smooth deployment and provide post-implementation support and guidance.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.• Stay current with Salesforce updates and industry best practices to recommend improvementsand enhancements.• Be willing to travel as needed to meet client requirements and project needs.
