We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Solution Architect with deep expertise in large-scale DevOps transformation and migration projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to guide technical decisions, anticipate challenges, and ensure successful delivery in a fast-paced and complex enterprise environment.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a technical advisor and hands-on architect for the DevOps transformation program.
• Lead the migration of CI/CD pipelines from Jenkins and Azure DevOps to GitHub Actions.
• Define and implement a unified CI/CD strategy across the enterprise.
• Design and architect modernized CI/CD frameworks that scale across 3,500+ applications.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to address integration challenges, define best practices, and build scalable solutions.
• Assist with discovery and assessment of existing DevOps pipelines and architecture.
• Integrate and optimize JFrog Artifactory as part of the build and release ecosystem.
• Anticipate architectural and implementation issues, and proactively resolve them.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other architects and engineers in the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years in a DevOps or Solutions Architect role.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale CI/CD migrations in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise with GitHub Actions and hands-on experience implementing it at scale.
• Deep knowledge of legacy CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Experience with JFrog Artifactory or similar artifact repositories.
• Understanding of modern DevOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and microservices deployment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in advisory and leadership capacity across multiple teams.
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and guiding discovery efforts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience working with telecom or large enterprise clients.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker/Kubernetes is a plus.
