About The Role

• We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect - Microsoft Dynamics 365 to lead solution strategy, pre‑sales architecture, and executive‑level customer discussions. The ideal candidate will have strong D365 expertise, proven executive presence, experience working with C‑level stakeholders, and the ability to translate business needs into practical, scalable solutions.

Essential Functions

• Lead solution architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 opportunities and engagements.
• Engage with C‑level executives and senior stakeholders to understand business priorities and transformation goals.
• Drive solution strategy, deal shaping, pre‑sales discussions, and client presentations.
• Partner with sales, account management, delivery, functional, and technical teams to develop practical D365 solutions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable solution approaches, roadmaps, and architecture recommendations.
• Support estimation, proposal inputs, implementation strategy, and account growth initiatives.
• Lead discovery sessions, solution workshops, and executive‑level discussions.
• Provide architecture guidance across D365, integrations, business processes, and related Microsoft technologies.
• Bring best practices from retail, supply chain, commerce, order management, inventory, or related industries.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers and internal stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in solution architecture, consulting, enterprise applications, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 programs.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Proven experience working directly with C‑level executives and senior leadership stakeholders.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to lead strategic discussions, influence decision-makers, and represent the organization with senior leadership.
• Experience in pre‑sales architecture, solution consulting, deal shaping, or pursuit support.
• Strong understanding of D365 implementation lifecycle, integrations, enterprise architecture, and business process alignment.
• Experience with retail, supply chain, commerce, order management, inventory, or related business processes.
• Strong communication, presentation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work onsite in New Hampshire or travel 50–75% as needed.
