Job Title: Solution Architect

Role Overview:

As a Solution Architect at Collectiv LLC, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing data analytics solutions based on the Microsoft Data Stack and Power BI. You will collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and technical teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and robust solutions that address complex business challenges.

Responsibilities:

1. Achieve a minimum billable hours utilization of 75%.
2. Responsible for updating daily timesheets and weekly resourcing.
3. Work directly with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
4. Design end-to-end solutions utilizing the Azure Data Stack (Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, etc.) and Microsoft Power BI to enable data-driven decision-making.
5. Develop architecture and technical design documents, outlining solution components, data flow, data models, and integration points.
6. Collaborate with development teams to implement solutions that align with best practices and industry standards.
7. Provide guidance and mentorship to technical teams during the implementation phase, ensuring successful project delivery.
8. Identify potential risks and issues during the solution lifecycle and propose mitigation strategies.
9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in the Azure ecosystem to continuously enhance our solutions.
