Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Lead Solution Architect to translate a customer’s IT needs into a plan by crafting technical architectures and design approaches that support project goals. As a Technical Direction Plan Lead, you will guide architecture across multi-site efforts and mentor the next generation of developers.

You will work on cloud migration, integration of advanced technology, and modernization of legacy systems, ensuring alignment with mission priorities and security

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience engineering, architecting, or integrating complex systems for federal, DoD, or large‑scale technical programs.
• 5+ years of experience leading solution design, architecture development, or security‑informed system design for high‑complexity environments.
• Experience directing architecture activities across multi‑site or multi‑stakeholder project operations, ensuring alignment with mission priorities, scalability targets, and enterprise security frameworks such as PWS C.5.2, C.5.5, L.6.1.1, and M.7.3 Secret clearance.
• Master’s degree

You Have:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
