Position Overview

We are currently looking for a Solution Architect to design and implement supply chain planning solutions for our clients using Kinaxis Rapid Response (Maestro). This position is remote but will involve business travel.

As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of Kinaxis RapidResponse (Maestro) solutions, ensuring that clients achieve their desired business outcomes. You will act as the primary interface between clients and the technical team, guiding the end-to-end solution delivery and ensuring the adoption of best practices.

Your Contribution:

1. Serving as the primary interface with clients and leading cross-functional teams to achieve established goals, including successful end-to-end solution delivery and the adoption of standard business practices.

2. Participating in requirements discovery/gathering sessions with clients to develop requirements specifications documentation.

3. Configuring RapidResponse (Maestro) systems to support business requirements and designing/proposing configuration options for resources like workbooks, scorecards, metrics, etc.

4. Supporting System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

5. Having an excellent understanding of supply chain planning functions.

6. Ability to interact with clients across different time zones and shifts.

7. Understanding supply chain industry trends and benchmarking customers accordingly.

8. Working with partners and business development leads to articulate the value of Maestro and discuss our implementation methodology/approach.

Required Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 7 years of experience implementing Kinaxis RapidResponse applications, such as S&OP, Forecasting and Demand Planning, Supply Planning, inventory optimization, Constraint Planning, and advanced algorithms.

2. Leading development teams in complex supply-chain solution design, development, and testing through multiple cycles.

3. At least 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, production planning, materials management, or management consulting roles.

4. Experience engaging and negotiating with C-level stakeholders.

5. Experience working with major ERPs.

6. Experience with relational databases and JavaScript.

7. A passion for customer-facing roles, with strong communication and presentation skills.

8. Academic degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, or a related field with an excellent academic record.

9. Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Skills:

1. Hands-on experience with planning software.

2. In-depth knowledge of integrating planning systems, specifically RapidResponse (Maestro), with ERP and legacy systems for inbound/outbound interfaces.

3. Certifications in Kinaxis RapidResponse (Maestro).
