Fidelity Institutional Technology is seeking a Solution Architect to lead end-to-end architecture for the Institutional Wealth Advisory space. You will partner with sponsors, tech teams and fellow architects to drive modernization, create scalable architectures and accelerate squad delivery.

You will own design artifacts, engage multiple squads, evaluate technologies, and present proposals to product owners and leadership. Onsite roles are being rolled out regionally.

Formación

• 10+ years of architecture, analytics, design and development of enterprise solutions.
• Ability to lead, create design artifacts, and communicate with product owners and leadership.
• Experience with cloud technologies and vendor management.
• Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and data platforms is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Drive end-to-end solution architecture design and ownership.
• Collaborate with sponsors, technology teams, and other architects to deliver aligned solutions.
• Evaluate technologies, manage roadmaps, and refactor business processes for better efficiency.
• Present designs and rationale to product owners and architecture leadership.
