Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Solution Architect - Databricks to support an enterprise Databricks migration for Ovintiv through NTT DATA Services. This subcontractor role will help a Data & AI platform squad gather requirements and translate them into buildable, consistent solutions on Databricks and Azure.

Responsibilities include owning end-to-end designs on Databricks and Azure, guarding Unity Catalog architecture, and balancing speed, completeness, latency and cost while advising stakeholders across

• 6+ years in BI/data warehouse design, data engineering, and architecture.
• 3+ years hands-on with Databricks and Azure.
• Strong data architecture and data modeling expertise.
• Ability to work remotely from LATAM.
• High level of English proficiency for collaboration.

Location: 100% remote, seeking candidates located in LATAM.

Contract Length: 6 months initially; final duration to be confirmed.

Contract Rate: Rate for this position is expected to fall within a competitive market range. Final rate will be determined based on relevant experience and overall fit for the position.

Nice-to-Have:

• Relevant Databricks, Microsoft Azure, data engineering, or cloud architecture certification.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale data platform transformation or migration programs.
