Job Description

We are seeking an individual to serve as a Solution Architect during StratasCorp's capture and proposal process. The role involves creating proposal artifacts, collaborating with the team to develop solutions that meet customer needs, and supporting various proposal activities. Primary responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting customer engagement to understand requirements, identify pain points, vet technical solutions, and shape acquisitions.
  2. Developing technical white papers and exploring RFI/Sources Sought opportunities.
  3. Analyzing RFP requirements and supporting opportunity qualification.
  4. Leading technical, management, and transition proposal efforts.
  5. Collaborating with the Capture/Proposal Manager and Pricing Lead to develop solutions and coordinate proposal reviews.
  6. Developing technical solutions, staffing levels, cost estimates, and proposal narratives in coordination with the Pricing Lead.
  7. Identifying labor categories and developing descriptions for technical and management positions.
  8. Contributing to teaming strategies by identifying capability gaps and vetting potential partners.
  9. Researching current and emerging technologies and methodologies.
Job Requirements
  • 7-10 years of experience in solution development for federal proposals.
  • At least 2 years supporting the federal procurement process, including developing RFI responses, reading RFPs, and contributing to proposal volumes.
  • Excellent written communication skills for developing proposal materials and presentations.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
