Base pay range

$120,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

About The Role

We’re hiring a Solutions Architect to join our post-sales team and help our customers implement and scale their use of the PeakMetrics platform. This is a highly collaborative, technical role—perfect for someone with an engineering background who enjoys solving problems and working closely with customers.

You’ll partner with organizations across commercial and government sectors to design scalable, secure, and impactful implementations. Your work will influence not only the success of our customers, but also the evolution of our product through real-world insight.

What You’ll Do

• Lead onboarding and technical implementation for new customers
• Design customized data workflows, API integrations, and dashboard configurations
• Act as a trusted technical advisor and problem-solver throughout the customer lifecycle
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable solutions
• Serve as a liaison between the customer and internal teams
• Create solution templates, best practice documentation, and training materials
• Share insights with internal teams to inform product improvements and roadmap decisions
  
  

You Might Be a Great Fit If You:

• Have 4–7 years of experience in a technical, client-facing role such as solutions architecture or implementation
• Have working knowledge of APIs, data pipelines, SaaS integrations, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS)
• Enjoy collaborating with a variety of people and guiding them through technical decisions
• Are comfortable breaking down complex concepts into simple, actionable steps
• Thrive in dynamic, fast-moving environments and enjoy learning new tools
• Have experience with scripting (e.g., Python or JavaScript), JSON, and REST APIs
• Have familiarity with security, threat intelligence, or analytics use cases (a plus)
