Job summary

ITDS Business Consultants is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to design and guide scalable digital mortgage solutions from Warsaw, with a hybrid work model. You will shape architecture, mentor teams, and evaluate emerging technologies to ensure secure, resilient systems that meet business goals.

You will collaborate across functions to translate requirements into robust solutions, drive architecture decisions, and document processes for seamless integration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in solution architecture or related roles.
• Strong expertise in Java and Angular.
• Proven experience in designing application structures and business architectures.
• Solid understanding of IT product development methodologies.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills to manage complex initiatives.
• Knowledge of BPMN tools (e.g., Camunda, Flowable) is a strong plus.

As a Senior Solution Architect, you will be working for our client, a leader in the financial technology industry, dedicated to transforming digital mortgage processes through innovative solutions. Play a vital role in constructing and developing a greenfield project, driving the future of digital banking with cutting-edge architecture and technology adoption. Your main responsibilities:

• Knowledge of BPMN tools (e.g., Camunda, Flowable) is a strong plus.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Certifications in architecture or cloud technologies.
• Experience with microservices, event-driven architecture, or AWS.
• Familiarity with security frameworks such as Keycloak, OAuth2, OIDC, and RBAC.

Language required for the role:

• Polish (good command)
