Solution Architect

    • Build sample code, Postman collections, or lightweight integration prototypes to validate feasibility and de-risk deals before contract signature
    • Be assertive in recommending the right solution architecture for a customer's needs and willing to raise the flag when a customer's proposed approach won't work
  • Implementation & Onboarding
    • Own the technical onboarding of new customers from contract signature through go-live

    • Debug REST/JSON API integration issues using tools such as Postman, curl, browser dev tools, and network/packet traces

    • Run joint testing and troubleshooting sessions with customer technical teams through go‑live
  • Post‑Sales & Support
    • Handle escalated technical support issues, performing hands‑on root‑cause analysis across API, network, and authentication layers

    • Partner with Product Development to improve deployment ease, documentation, and self‑serve tooling based on field experience
    • Build and refine internal tools, scripts, and sample integrations that speed up future customer onboarding
  • Relationships & Communication
    • Build trusted technical relationships with customer engineering leads, architects, and decision‑makers

    • Travel occasionally to customer sites, conferences, or partner meetings as needed
