Position Summary:

We are hiring a Solution Architect for our Enterprise Systems Technology Solutions team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating technology solution designs, defining the 'why and how' that drives solution success, and selecting the right products and features that maximize business value in alignment with the overall technology strategy. This role involves defining innovative, scalable, and resilient solutions aligned with business and technology roadmaps, and championing group standards and policies to ensure successful delivery. You will also work as a change agent, communicating changes, building knowledge and desire to change, and enabling adoption among senior leaders, managers, and employees.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

  • Contribute thought leadership, mentorship, systems analysis, architecture, design, configuration, testing, debugging, and documentation.
  • Produce, promote, and validate high-quality solution designs and application architectures that support business requirements and adhere to technology standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to produce current and target state architectures and drive transition plans.
  • Lead technical design, developing specifications and diagrams of solutions.
  • Develop Proof-of-Concept projects to validate new architectures and solutions.
  • Support policies, procedures, and best practice design principles.
  • Leverage industry trends and best practices to produce solution designs.
  • Support platform roadmaps development.
  • Build positive stakeholder relationships and manage expectations.
  • Lead the development of technology solutions to business problems, assessing feasibility and recommending new approaches.
  • Promote adoption of emerging technologies across the organization.
  • Review technical deliverables for compliance with standards and best practices.
  • Encourage innovation in bringing new products and customer experiences to market.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Location:

Fully Remote, USA.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years of related experience, or equivalent.
  • 7-10 years of relevant experience, including CRM, ERP, HCM, and ancillary products.
  • Success in managing complex projects with at least 2 implementations exploiting full application capabilities.
  • Proficiency with data and analytics platforms such as Snowflake, Informatica, Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio.
  • Experience in Cloud computing and technology implementation strategies.
  • Knowledge of architectural operations and standards.
  • Ability to produce application architecture and system design.
  • Experience in Agile Product Development environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of software architecture in Salesforce, Oracle Fusion, Workday, Zoom, Jira, Microsoft.
  • Certifications in digital technology platforms.
  • Experience with Retail and Supply Chain technology solutions.
  • Experience delivering full systems development lifecycle.

What We Offer:

Competitive salary range: $138,000 to $220,000, based on experience and qualifications. Participation in an annual incentive program may be available.
