Job summary

Uline is seeking a Solution Analyst in Wisconsin to partner with business and IT teams, understand needs, and help shape technical solutions across our North American operations.

You will analyze processes, document system requirements, and translate needs into specifications, flowcharts and wireframes while coordinating development, testing and implementation for successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or related role.
• 4+ years of IT experience with exposure to application development.
• Experience using AI tools to support application development is a plus.
