Job summary

Mount Auburn Cemetery seeks SOLSTICE Daily Event Set-Up Staff for its annual Solstice: Reflections on Winter Light. This temporary role focuses on night-time and day-time event set-up duties, welcoming guests and guiding them through artworks and venues.

You will assist in coordinating check-in, maps, and guest flow during the Solstice season. Reporting to the Director of Events, most shifts are night-based, with potential day assignments.

Qualifications

• Previous event support experience preferred.
• Previous customer service experience a plus.
• Familiarity with Mount Auburn Cemetery a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests on Night Crew.
• Providing directional instructions for artworks, bathrooms, buildings.
• Check-In Tents, Event Maps, Food & Beverage area, Gift Shop, Info Desk, Parking areas.
