• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• 2+ years of demonstrated experience using SolidWorks to create, modify, and maintain 3D part and assembly models and associated 2D drawings.
• Ability to produce clear, accurate fabrication and assembly drawings and follow revision practices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to organize CAD files, BOMs, and drawing changes.
• Clear communication and collaboration with engineering and manufacturing teams.

Responsibilities

• Create and revise SolidWorks 3D part and assembly models from sketches, markups, and engineering direction
• Prepare clear 2D detail, fabrication, and assembly drawings with production dimensions, notes, and basic tolerances
• Build organized drawing packages for parts, assemblies, and fabrication work
• Maintain alignment among models, drawings, BOMs, and revisions as approved changes are made
• Work with engineers and manufacturing to resolve drafting questions and incorporate shop feedback
• Check work for accuracy, completeness, fit, and consistency before review
