Job Description

Position Purpose:

Under supervision, monitors, controls and makes necessary adjustments to the various flows to operate assigned equipment in a safe and efficient manner, and to produce a saleable product, Milorganite.

Work Environment:

  • Work is performed in an industrial environment and involves exposure to dust, odors, extremes in temperatures and humidity, noise; exposure to sewage, confined spaces, gases, process chemicals, moving equipment and blended sludges.

Qualifications

Education/Experience/Background:

  • High School Diploma/GED is required.

Required Certification/Licenses/Training:

  • Wastewater Operator Certification is required.
