Job Summary:
APTIM seeks an experienced Solid Waste Emissions Solutions Sales Director to drive growth in solid waste services and adjacent markets like air compliance, emissions reduction, leachate management, PFAS, renewable natural gas, and wastewater. The role focuses on expanding client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and leading sales initiatives to support APTIM’s market growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve sales goals and manage pipeline using Salesforce.
Grow business by leveraging existing client relationships and identifying new opportunities.
Lead proposal preparation, capture plans, and client retention efforts.
Develop strategic market plans and guide the Solid Waste Services team.
Build partnerships and represent APTIM at industry events.
Monitor market trends and competitor strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of sales experience in solid waste consulting.
Strong industry connections and proven track record in emissions, air compliance, and wastewater solutions.
Leadership skills with ability to grow and mentor teams.
CRM (Salesforce) proficiency and willingness to travel up to 50%.
