Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates the operation of the solid waste division.
• Develops division budget, monitors costs, and reports to city leadership.
• Contracts management with oversight from Purchasing to ensure legal compliance.
• Supervises 50–60 employees and conducts performance management.
• Represents the division in public meetings and with officials.
• Plans long-range programs and assesses cost-effective improvements.
• Collaborates with vendors, residents, and government entities to deliver services.
