Integrity Environmental Solutions is seeking a Civil Engineer/Solid Waste Engineer to lead design and program management within the solid waste sector. The role supports landfill cell design, permitting, and project execution with opportunities for client development and staff mentoring.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in design and engineering, 3–5+ years in solid waste, and a PE license. The position offers relocation support and a comprehensive benefits package in a full-time capacity.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience specific to design and engineering.
• 5+ years at an engineering consulting firm preferred.
• 3-5+ years working in solid waste/landfill industry required.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering.
• Professional Engineer license (PE) required.
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Pre-employment drug screen, background check, and motor vehicle records checks.
• Business Development experience preferred.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.

We’d love to meet you at Integrity Environmental Solutions. Integrity is an ENR Top 200 Environmental Firm specializing in the Landfill Gas, Solid Waste, and Renewable Energy sectors. We have experienced rapid growth and are seeking a Civil Engineer/Solid Waste Engineer to contribute to our program and/or design efforts in that space. The role can be exclusively an engineering technical position – or Project/Program Management, depending on experience level, working with our existing client base. We’ll match the role and the location to fit your needs! The selected candidate will contribute to projects in the solid waste sector involving landfill cell design, planning, design modifications, stormwater management system design, landfill closure, construction quality assurance, and solid waste permitting. Periodic travel is required based on project demands. This is an office-based role – our preference would be in Marietta, GA but we are open to other office locations which include Richmond VA, Columbia SC, or Tampa FL. We will consider other arrangements for the right person.

This role will be required to manage and maintain contact with clients, manage schedules, and help support career development with staff engineers. This roll will also coordinate with our Environmental Science team and Landfill gas engineering team. This individual will need to be able to review and certify a variety of tasks including construction drawings, engineering reports and letters, permit applications, calculations, business development, and proposals. Ideal candidates have an existing client base and now how to win new projects and contracts.

• Prepare construction bid documents and manage construction projects for clients

Skills

• Experience with using AutoCAD/Civil 3D design software preferred
• Microsoft Office and other computer programs (ArcGIS, Google Forms, etc..) experience preferred
• Excellent leadership skills; team builder

Qualifications
