Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with solid surface material and countertop fabrication.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with power and hand tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and production instructions.
• Self-starter with problem-solving and safety awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Interpret blueprints and layouts to determine material usage and job specs.
• Cut out, build, assemble, glue, and sand solid surface components as directed.
• Fabricate components in a standardized, uniform way for consistent products.
• Inspect finished products for defects and troubleshoot process issues.
• Keep accurate material usage records and report defects promptly.
• Collaborate with production teams to maintain efficient workflow.
• Conduct final quality assurance with precision measurement tools.
