Job summary

Royston LLC is seeking a Top Cell/Solid Surface Operator for the 2nd shift in Jasper, GA. The role involves efficiently cutting, building, assembling, and sanding solid surface components to create countertops while reading blueprints and maintaining high-quality standards.

The position requires 3+ years in solid surface fabrication, familiarity with a range of tools, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience with solid surface material.
• Solid surface countertops fabrication experience preferred.
• Proficient with a wide variety of power and hand tools including chop saws, glue guns, sanders, routers.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and produce countertops to spec.
• Work with minimal supervision and be a self-starter.
• Coordinate with team to maintain production quality and minimize waste.
• Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools.
• Cut, build, assemble, glue, cut and sand solid surface components.
• Ensure finished products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain records of material usage and report defects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
