Job summary

Royston LLC is seeking Top Cell/Solid Surface Operators for 2nd shift to cut, build, assemble and sand solid surface countertops. You will read blueprints, use measuring tools, and ensure uniform results across all pieces in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in solid surface fabrication, woodworking experience, and strong safety and quality focus. The role includes full benefits and stable 2nd shift hours.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read blueprints and use drawings to guide production.
• Experience in woodworking/manufacturing environment preferred.
• 3+ years of solid surface fabrication experience recommended.
• Able to operate power and hand tools listed in qualifications.
• Maintain safety and quality standards during production.

Responsibilities

• Read drawings and blueprints, and produce products to spec.
• Work with minimal supervision and stay productive.
• Coordinate with team to ensure continuous production of correct product with high quality.
• Inspect parts with precision using measuring tools.
• Cut, build, assemble, glue, and sand solid surface components.
• Check finished products for distortions or flaws and correct as needed.
• Follow blueprints/standards to ensure proper materials and quality.
• Maintain records of materials used and report defects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
