Job summary

Standard Process Inc. in Palmyra, WI, seeks a Machine Operator for the Solid Dose lines on the second shift (3:00 pm–1:30 am, Mon–Thu). You will run tablet presses, encapsulation, or soft-gel equipment, perform set-ups, adjust settings, and ensure GMP/SOP compliance for quality products.

Requires manufacturing experience, comfort with powders/high-speed equipment, strong math/ documentation skills, and the ability to troubleshoot while meeting safety and allergy controls.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in a food processing environment preferred.
• Experience as a machine operator.
• Experience with powders and high-speed manufacturing equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate tablet presses, encapsulating machines or soft-gel processing equipment to produce tablets/capsules/soft-gels per GMP/SOP.
• Verify Product Name, Number and Lot code against label.
• Monitor quality during in-process checks and record results.
• Complete finishing and labeling procedures for inventory processing.
• Adjust equipment settings to meet product specifications and perform machine changeovers.
• Troubleshoot machine and product issues and communicate with supervisor.
