Burgess recruitment is currently seeking a Sole Chef to join a 40m+ Private/Charter motor yacht

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Sole Chef to join a healthy, positive and professional crew.

Responsibilities

·Prepare daily meals with a focus on healthy, family style meals

·Manage inventory, ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked and fresh.

·Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times, ensuring cleanliness in the galley.

·Plan and prepare meals according to preferences and dietary requirements.

Requirements

·Proven experience in a similar role

·Valid F&HL2 STCW, ENG1, and other relevant certifications.

·A strong understanding of yacht kitchen operations and handling large quantities of food.

·Ability to work efficiently and independently, maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

·Excellent time management skills and ability to adapt to varying schedules.

·SCHENGEN visa or equivalent and B1/B2 preferred

. Culinary trained and Ships cook certificate

Start date: ASAP

Location: Italy

Salary: 6500 Euro

Leave: 60 days

Vessel Program and itinerary: Med cruising before heading to the US
