Job summary

A globally recognized luxury brand is seeking a Senior Accountant to take full ownership of the accounting function. In this fully remote role, you will maintain accurate financial records, manage payroll, and oversee monthly reporting. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of accounting experience, especially with QuickBooks Online, and excellent organizational skills. This position offers competitive pay and a bonus tied to performance. You'll work directly with the founders, shaping financial strategies for a luxury brand.

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory-based or product businesses is strongly preferred.
• Experience managing accounting as the sole or primary accountant is a plus.
• Background in public accounting or CPA track is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the general ledger in QuickBooks Online.
• Own and execute the monthly close process.
• Manage payroll through QuickBooks Online / Gusto.
• Maintain accurate inventory accounting.

Skills

5+ years of accounting or full-charge bookkeeping experience

Strong experience with QuickBooks Online

Experience managing full monthly close independently

Hands‑on experience with AR, AP, and reconciliations

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to communicate clearly in English (written and verbal)
