Job summary

Inova Staffing is seeking Assemblers with soldering experience to join the Brooksville/Spring Hill area. You will perform copper soldering and mechanical assembly, follow blueprints, and ensure quality using hand and power tools.

Two shifts (First: 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.; Second: 3:00 p.m.–11:30 p.m.) with overtime available. Earn $15.50 per hour, paid weekly, in a supportive team environment with opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of mechanical assembly experience.
• Soldering experience; copper soldering is a bonus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Electrical assembly experience is a plus.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend and lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts using hand and power tools with accuracy and care.
• Perform copper soldering as required.
• Follow instructions, blueprints, and bills of materials.
• Operate lifts, jacks, and roller lines for assembly tasks.
• Conduct quality checks and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory and keep a clean work area.
