Bring cutting-edge circuitry to life with your hands.
We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Soldering Technician with a steady hand and an eagle eye for precision. In this role, you won't just assemble parts—you'll build, inspect, and rework high-reliability electronics that power advanced hardware. If you thrive under a microscope and take pride in laying down perfect IPC-standard solder joints, we want you on our bench.
What You’ll Do
- Micro-Precision Soldering: Perform fine-pitch Surface Mount (SMD down to 0201) and Through-Hole (THT) soldering on multi-layer PCBs and wire harnesses.
- Blueprint & Schematic Navigation: Read engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and BOMs to execute flawless assembly setups.
- Board Rework & Component Repair: Utilize hot-air rework stations, desoldering tools, and microscopes to safely replace defective micro-components without damaging traces.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect solder volume, fillet formation, and joint integrity to maintain strict IPC-A-610 / J-STD-001 standards in an ESD-safe cleanroom environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on experience with SMT/through-hole hand soldering and component replacement.
- Proficiency reading schematics, wire termination diagrams, and assembly SOPs.
- strong knowledge of ESD safety protocols and IPC workmanship standards.
- Excellent fine-motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and attention to detail.
Ready to put your precision skills to the test?

- Wire Harness & Cable Termination: Strip, tin, crimp, solder, and heat-shrink wires, cables, pins, and custom harness assemblies according to wiring diagrams.
- Mechanical Assembly: Install mechanical hardware, heat sinks, brackets, hardware fasteners, and chassis components alongside electronic assemblies using torque tools and hand tools.
- IPC Standard Adherence: Maintain workmanship in strict compliance with industry quality standards such as IPC-A-610 (Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies) and J-STD-001 (Requirements for Soldered Electrical and Electronic Assemblies).
