As an Assembler Solder Technician in our Printed Circuit Board department, you’ll be a vital part of assembling and soldering components that power advanced communication systems. In this role, you’ll use hand tools and follow precise instructions to build quality products that meet our exacting standards. You'll be part of a supportive team that takes pride in their work.

This full-time, on-site position follows a Monday–Thursday schedule (6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.), with overtime as required to meet production goals. You’ll work in a clean, safety-conscious manufacturing environment, with opportunities to cross-train and expand your skills. Essential Functions

  • Pull and verify required materials and supplies for production orders.
  • Assemble small components per specifications, using hand tools or automated equipment.
  • Solder and desolder components as needed.
  • Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications and standards.
  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace, following all procedures, rules, and safety guidelines.
  • Read and interpret written instructions and diagrams to assemble products accurately.
  • Document work completed and report any issues affecting quality or productivity.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support production and team objectives.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Read and comprehend written materials in English.
  • Detail-oriented and thorough, ensuring accuracy and timely task completion.
  • Adaptable to cross-training, changing priorities, and supervisor instructions.
  • Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors to achieve goals.
