Job summary

Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. in Bennington, VT is seeking a Solder Dip Operator/FGS to support solder dip and finished goods operations across three shifts. The role emphasizes production efficiency, quality control, and safety in a world-class manufacturing setting.

The ideal candidate has manufacturing experience and will adhere to PPE and safety requirements while working with dust, heat, and mild chemicals as needed. The position offers hourly pay in the range of $17–$19.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience helpful.
• May have occasional exposure to dust, noise, heat, and mild chemicals that fall below acceptable limits as established by current government standards
• Adheres to company quality and safety requirements
• Must wear required PPE

Responsibilities

• Apply a new smooth coating of solder of the wire leads, of the completed capacitor, to meet solderability requirements, using the Unity Design Machine along with the hand solder pots.
• Perform daily testing and solder analysis
• Record critical data on lot traveler ticket

Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.? Vishay Tansitor is currently seeking applicants for a Solder Dip Operator/FGS. Responsible for the efficient running of Solder Dip & Finished Goods within the Bennington, VT manufacturing location. Pay is $17-$19.

Job Location

Vishay Tansitor is located in Bennington, VT and is the world’s number one manufacturer of wet tantalum and conformal-coated capacitors worldwide. Tansitor has approximately 100 employees between 3 shifts.

What You Will Be Doing
