Position Summary

Vishay Tansitor is currently seeking applicants for an Assembly Operator for 1st shift operations in Bennington, VT. The role involves efficient running of assembly operations on a wet tantalum and conformal‑coated capacitor manufacturing line.

Pay: $16–$17 per hour.

Responsibilities
  • Follow the process specifications at all times to perform assigned manufacturing functions.
  • Ensure that equipment is in good working condition and cleaned daily.
  • Record critical data on lot traveler ticket.
  • Visually inspect parts for conformance to specifications.
