This role collaborates with engineering, business development, suppliers, field service personnel, and customers to support commissioning and troubleshoot issues.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electronics Technology, Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Industrial Controls, or related field.
• 1-3 years in solar O&M, field service, commissioning, or technical support.
• Proficient in reading electrical schematics and technical documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to field service personnel and customers.
• Travel 30%–50% to customer sites for commissioning activities.
• Perform onsite maintenance and troubleshoot tracker control system installations.
• Install firmware and software updates on deployed control systems and replace components as needed.
• Document replacements and service activities per procedures.
• Communicate system performance and issues to engineering teams.
