Qualifikationen
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
- 5 years of experience in mechanical/industrial commissioning and customer support preferred.
- Experience with utility-scale and distributed generation projects.
Aufgaben
- Provide technical support for mechanical, electrical, and control issues related to Nextpower products worldwide.
- Interface with customers to plan network configurations and field equipment adjustments.
- Lead field commissioning and troubleshoot tracker installations with onsite teams.
- Develop reports, service proposals, and procedure manuals for customers and internal use.
- Prepare and deliver in-person and remote customer training and presentations.
- Collaborate with product development, sales, and marketing to improve field performance.
- Travel up to 20% for customer sites and training.
