Job description

Everlight Solar is seeking a skilled, data-minded individual to fill the role of Solar System Designer. Get started with our comprehensive, full-time training program—no experience required. Our system designers and assistants oversee and coordinate the entire process for company projects, assisting customers, team members, and contractors to ensure timely completion with high-quality results. This is a full-time, remote position.

Must own a Mac computer and be fluent with the Apple ecosystem of software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.)

Responsibilities:

1. Design solar panel systems tailored to each customer.
2. Perform data entry and generate reports for the sales team.
3. Be available during sales appointments to assist the team.
4. Oversee the CAD process.
5. Manage multiple projects through all phases successfully.
6. Serve as a liaison among field technicians, management, government bodies, and customers.
7. Use independent judgment to handle inquiries, questions, and complaints.
8. Complete projects proactively and on time.
9. Review and oversee plans and documentation for accuracy.
10. Monitor equipment production to ensure product integrity.
11. Meet project deadlines consistently.
12. Drive sales and profitability through efficient project execution.
