Job description

Everlight Solar is seeking a skilled, data-minded individual to fill the role of Solar System Designer. Get started with our amazing, “easy learning,” full-time training program, no experience required. Our system designers and assistants oversee and coordinate the entire process for company projects, assisting customers, team members, and contractors, ensuring that each project is completed in a timely manner with high-quality results. This is a full-time, remote position.

Must own a Mac computer and be fluent with the Apple ecosystem of software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.)

Responsibilities:

1. Design solar panel systems tailored to each customer
2. Perform data entry
3. Generate reports for the sales team
4. Be available when the sales team is conducting appointments
5. Oversee CAD process
6. Manage multiple projects through all phases
7. Serve as liaison between field technicians, management, government bodies, and customers
8. Handle inquiries, questions, and complaints using independent judgment
9. Complete projects proactively and on time
10. Review and oversee plans and documentation for accuracy
11. Monitor equipment production for quality
12. Meet project deadlines consistently
13. Drive sales and profitability through effective project execution

Requirements:

2. Ability to work independently under pressure and prioritize workloads
3. Good judgment and ability to foresee consequences
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills
