SunEnergy1 is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator to manage ground preparation for solar foundation placement across sites in North Carolina. You will work under the Grading Foreman, operating diverse heavy machinery and coordinating with the line crew to move materials and equipment.

Responsibilities include operating trucks, assisting with trenches, and performing preventive maintenance. Travel to various sites is required, and a valid OSHA card plus a clean driving record are mandatory.

Competenze

• GPS experience required.
• Experience operating bulldozers, scrapers, motor graders, soil compactors, dump trucks, wheel loaders or equivalent equipment.
• Must be willing to travel as required.
• Must have OSHA card and equipment trainings.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with clean record.

Mansioni

• Manage and perform ground preparation for solar module foundations and support across sites in NC, as directed by the Grading Foreman or manager.
• Operate trucks of various sizes for loading, hauling and unloading equipment, materials and supplies.
• Assist line crew with digging ditches and trenches, hoisting materials and tools using backhoe, grader or loader.
• Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment and report defects.
