Job summary

Venture Solar is seeking a Site Assessor to travel to installation sites and perform on-site measurements and inspections. You will climb ladders, access attics, measure roof facets, test electrical panels, and document findings for the engineering team.

This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and strong time management in a fast-paced solar installation environment. Applicants must be able to lift 50 pounds, work Saturdays, hold a valid driver's license, and be comfortable

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Must be comfortable working on roofs and heights.
• Excellent time management and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Great attention to detail.
• Valid, clean driver’s license required.
• Punctual and reliable.
• Comfortable around electric panels and in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Travel to installation sites.
• Move up to a 32' ladder from the truck to the house for each site.
• Climb ladders and access attics for measurements.
• Measure all roof facets and perform structural inspection.
• Test electric panel voltage.
• Document all work and transmit to engineering team.
