Job summary

Venture Solar is hiring a Site Assessor to travel to installation sites, climb ladders, enter attics, and measure roof facets. You will perform structural inspections, test panel voltage, and document findings for the engineering team.

Ideal candidates lift up to 50 lbs, have strong time management, and a clean driver's license. This full-time role requires working Saturdays and offers overtime pay for hours beyond 40 per week.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working on roofs and with heights.
• Excellent time management and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Great attention to detail.
• Valid, clean driver’s license is required.
• Punctual.
• Comfortable working in or around electric panels.
• Great customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Able to work Saturdays.

Compensation & Benefits

Full‑time position, 40+ hours per week with overtime pay for hours over 40 in a week. The role includes working Saturdays. Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour.
