Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Over 1 year of construction experience in electrical, roofing, or framing is preferred.
• Solar experience is preferred.
• OSHA compliance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble solar array racking, seal roof penetrations, and install equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions and operational issues.
• Complete projects within established policies, time frames and budgets.
• Maintain high levels of quality assurance and safety.
• Communicate with customers professionally and respectfully.
