Job summary

Earthlight Technologies is seeking a hands-on Service Technician to diagnose and repair solar systems across residential and commercial sites. You’ll work independently on roofs, swap microinverters, test equipment, and analyze system data to identify root causes and fix issues promptly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years solar service experience preferred.
• 1+ years commercial experience preferred.
• Possess and maintain a valid and clean driver’s license.
• Willingness to work overtime.
• Must be able to work on a roof and lift to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Remove and reinstall residential solar panels on rooftops.
• Troubleshoot solar systems and run diagnostics on field equipment.
• Swap microinverters and test system data to identify root causes.
