Job summary

Empower Home Services is looking for sales representatives to drive sales in designated residential areas. This role provides an opportunity to engage with homeowners directly, educating them on the benefits of solar energy and guiding them through the enrollment process.

Successful candidates will have a valid California Home Improvement Salesperson License and strong communication skills. Earnings are commission-based, with potential for significant income, complemented by incentives and sales training programs.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Comfortable working face-to-face with homeowners.

Compensation

Our sales reps can make anywhere from 60,00-200,000 each year. This range reflects the actual range of earnings of employees in this position. This role is 100% commission based and are paid upfront at close.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a designated residential sales area and build a strong customer base
• Engage directly with homeowners through door-to-door outreach, networking, and referral follow-ups
• Keep accurate records of leads, appointments, and sales progress while working toward performance goals
• Conduct in-home solar consultations, explain financing options, and guide customers through the enrollment process
• Educate homeowners on the financial and environmental advantages of solar energy, including lower utility costs and energy independence
• Participate in weekly trainings and team meetings to improve sales skills, increase production, and grow professionally

Qualifications

• Valid California Home Improvement Salesperson (HIS) License.
