Job summary

SUNation Energy in New York State is seeking an experienced Solar Sales Representative to join a proven team. You will sell residential solar, energy storage, and related energy solutions to homeowners, using state-of-the-art software to design custom systems and clearly present financing options.

You will meet with homeowners, qualify opportunities, and guide them from consultation to installation while earning unlimited commissions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in a consultative or relationship-driven environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Motivated, driven, and results-oriented mindset.
• Coachable with willingness to learn and improve.
• High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Sell residential solar, energy storage, roofing, and related energy solutions.
• Receive pre-qualified leads and prospects; meet with homeowners.
• Design custom solar/energy storage systems using software.
• Present SUNation’s products, services, and financing options.
• Build strong customer relationships from consultation to installation.
• Manage opportunities and earn commissions as deals progress.
• Attend monthly sales meetings, trainings, and team initiatives.
• Aim to meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
