Venture Home is seeking experienced Solar Sales Consultants who excel at building relationships and closing solar deals. Our appointment-setting teams schedule qualified meetings for you to meet homeowners and close with the best product solutions.

A reliable vehicle and license are required. Base salary plus uncapped commission, with an OTE of $100,000–$250,000. Benefits include 401(k) match, health, dental and vision, paid training, PTO, referral program, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Sales experience - required.
• Outside sales (In-home sales) - preferred.
