Job summary

Venture Home is seeking experienced Solar Sales Consultants who excel at building relationships and closing deals. In-home visits and a high-performance environment help you meet homeowners and present solar solutions.

A reliable vehicle and a license are required. Base salary plus uncapped commission (OTE $100,000-$250,000) with a strong benefits package, including 401k match, health/dental/vision, paid training, PTO, and referral program.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales is required.
• Outside/home-based sales experience is preferred.
• Solar industry experience is welcomed.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with homeowners and close deals.
• Meet with homeowners in their homes and present solar solutions.
• Follow up on appointments and collaborate with the team to optimize product offerings.
