Dynamic SLR is seeking a results-driven Sales Associate to work with homeowners, guiding them through the transition to clean, cost-effective solar energy. You will own the sales process from prospecting to closing, while supported by our customer service, operations, and in-house install teams.

Training is provided to guarantee your success, with substantial earning potential through commission and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Sales experience of any duration is required.
• Valid driver’s license is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Guide potential customers through converting to solar energy at home.
• Own the sales process from initial contact to close with an account manager mindset.
• Use provided leads from setters/call centers and supplement with personal leads and referrals.
• Collaborate with customer service, operations, and install teams to ensure smooth delivery.
