Job summary

Venture Home Group is seeking experienced sales representatives who close in-home deals and help homeowners switch to clean energy in Ohio. You will leverage a proven sales process to educate customers about solar, energy storage, and electrical upgrades.

Our team offers a base salary with uncapped commissions and a strong OTE potential, plus a 401k, health benefits, paid training, PTO, and referral incentives. A reliable vehicle and license are required to be considered for the position.

Qualifications

• Sales experience required
• Outside/in-home sales preferred
• Solar experience welcomed
• Willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners after scheduled appointments to present products and close sales
• Educate customers on solar, storage, and electrical upgrades and their financial benefits
• Follow a proven sales process and track performance to maximize closes
• Coordinate with appointment setters to optimize scheduling and conversion
