Solar Roofing Installer-Assistant Crew Lead

2+ years solar experience and 1+ year crew lead experience

Immediate Opening! We are looking to hire an experienced roofer with solar and crew lead experience. You will lead by example and motivate the team on the job site to install solar panels that help complete the installation and maintenance of energy products safely and on time. We need someone looking to build a career in a company that offers growth opportunities and rewards to its employees.

Responsibilities:

• Roofing and/or solar experience a MUST!
• Leadership potential

• Able to be on rooftops
• Able to carry 50lbs
• Able to climb ladders
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
